Graham Russell Steps up to the challenge

Respected gym member Graham (Snelders) Russell has begun his preparation for his first appearance on stage at the 2008 NABBA Scotland!

Graham is commited to achieve the best he can and with help and advice from "Tower gym" we are confident he will be a success in the Junior class.

Del competes in NABBA British finals

Del competed in the NABBA British finals, whilst not picking up any trophys he was pleased with his overall package and has now commited to make the changes required to improve during 2008.

Grand opening day 15th January 2007 

Tower Gym will officially open on the 15th January, with many special guests, promotions and planned activity's we are sure you won't want to miss it!!

Del prepares to compete in the NABBA novice British finals

Del is currently preparing to compete in the NABBA novice finals to be held on 18th November in Birmingham.  Whilst the standard of competition is likley to be very high, Del is confident he will do himself and the gym proud.

Ian McKeating competes in the prestigous UKBFF finals

Ian McKeating (Tower member) recently competed in the UKBFF finals held in Nottingham. Ian unfortunatley did not make the top 5 required to progress on to the night show, but none the less "Stood tall amongst giants" and did himself, his family and Tower Gym proud.   Well done Ian! 

Ian now plans to take a year off competing and return to the stage in 2009 bigger, better and ready to challenge...................
